Kmart organic roll waist leggings

Kmart have issued a product safety recall due to a choking hazard.

Girls 2Pk Organic Roll Waist Leggings (69884351, 69884368, 69884375, 69884382, 69884399, 69884405, 69884412).

The garments have decorative buttons that may become detached if pulled. If the buttons detach, they are a potential choking and suffocation hazard if ingested by young children.

This item was available for purchase between 4 February 2020 and 3 July 2020.

Kmart baby teether

Kmart have shared a recall for a popular baby teether due to concerns it may be a choking hazard.

They have issued a statement advising customers, “we take the quality and safety of our products very seriously, which is why we are issuing a product safety recall of the Anko Silicone Teethers (42888628).

The Teethers have white ear inserts that can separate from the main ear. If the white ear insert detaches from the Teether it may become lodged in an infant’s throat and pose a choking or suffocation hazard.

This item was available for purchase between 13 July 2020 and 24 July 2020. They encourage customers to cease using this product immediately and return to any Kmart store for a full refund, with or without a receipt.

Polaris four point harness kit

A recall has been issued for Polaris RZR Multi-Point & Four-Point Harness Kits.

The seat belt harness may be missing stitching at attachment points and may not properly restrain an occupant, increasing the risk of serious injury or death in the event of an accident.

Consumers should stop using their vehicle and contact an authorised Polaris dealer to arrange for an inspection and, if necessary, replacement of the seat belt harness.

PAW Patrol Racer Team

A recall has been issued for Super Kid Star PAW Patrol Racer Team due to fears of choking.

The product does not comply with the mandatory standards. The product may break, releasing small parts and may pose a choking or suffocation hazard for young children.

Consumers should stop using the product and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Bonds Zip Wondersuit

ACCC have issued the recall for Bonds this week due to the fact that the product does not comply with the fire hazard labelling requirements of the mandatory standard ‘Consumer Goods Safety Standard 2017’.

The garments do not carry the fire hazard information label.

Bonds Poodlette Zip Wondersuit in size range 00-2.

Style no BZJS, colour Navy. Available for purchase during March – June 2020.
