WIZARD WEEK
Monday 20 – 24 December 2021
Get ready, witches, wizards and Muggles – Fed square are screening all the Harry Potter films, in order, marathon-style, this Wizard Week at Fed Square. The deckchairs will be out, so it’s time to pull out your finest yuletide robes – and we’ll see you there! Presented by Fed Square in partnership with Roadshow Films.
Make sure you get there early to nab a free ice-cream – choc-top or sorbet – at the stand near the Big Screen! But hurry, numbers strictly limited.
SANTA’S WORKSHOP
26 November 2021 – 25 December 2021
Ho-ho-ho, Melbourne! Merry Christmas! Come and visit Santa and his Elves, as he tinkers away in his Melbourne workshop, making toys and presents for the big day.
Santa is a very busy man at this time of the year, surrounded by workshop tools and machinery, so he can’t invite children to sit down and have a chat. But don’t fret! The jolly Elves are ready and waiting to introduce you to the man in red. Santa will happily give a friendly wave and even pose for a photo, from a COVID-safe distance.

Christmas Square!
12 – 25 December
Each Christmas, Fed Square is transformed into a glorious glittering wonderland, full of twinkling lights, the enormous 16 metre-tall Christmas Tree, Santa’s Workshop and more. And this year – we’ve pulled out all the stops to make it the best yet.
You can take a picture with Fred and Fifi our Fed Christmas Gulls – enormous light-up sculptures welcoming you to the Square, created specially by the team at A Blanck Canvas.
Get an ‘Elfie Selfie’ or take your picture next to the Fed Square letters that have had a snazzy festive make-over.
And of course, bring the fam to get your picture taken with the big guy in red.
Each week throughout the festive season, more exciting installations will be appearing, as if by magic, so we’d definitely recommend planning more than one trip to Christmas Square.
You won’t want to miss being able to invite a special person to swing on the brand-new Bell Swings with you, as you gaze upward to the stunning Christmas tree, and whisper your Christmas wishes to each other.
