The TMAG School Holiday Program is out now! There is an array of fun activities on offer for kids of all ages.

TMAG School Holiday Program

This July school holidays, TMAG is focusing on STORIES! Join our artist-in-residence, Small Stories Project, as they take you on a mystery tour of the galleries to find the most popular stories for young people at TMAG. Make a memento to take away with you.

Or, following our stories theme, join TMAG educators Veronica and Richard in a book-making workshop inspired by one of TMAG’s most popular exhibitions, Gay Hawkes: The House of Longing.

And don’t miss an appearance by the amazing mini-dinosaur puppets created by Erth Theatre, who will make a one-off visit to TMAG on Tuesday 19 July. Watch as they come face to face with TMAG’s own Muttaburrasaurus – a very big story indeed!

All activities are FREE, but some programs must be booked into on the day.

When: 19 – 22 July

Where: Tas Museum and Art Gallery (TMAG) Dunn Place, Hobart
