Little Red Riding Hood
Be careful that you don’t stray too far from the path in this interactive tale of Little Red Riding Hood.
This roving performance at Centennial Park tells the classic tale we all know and love, with the chance for the audience to be part of the story.
Meet all of your favourite characters – the hungry wolf, the sweet and innocent Red Riding Hood, and the huntsman as they tell this delightful tale set in the forest that is as enchanting as the story itself.
Be a part of this Aussie adaptation of the fairy tale, Little Red Riding Hood by dressing up to be a part of the show (No previous acting experience required).
This is a highly interactive 50-minute performance with songs and a familiar storyline you won’t want to miss.

Nature & Art: Eco art for kids
Let your children join us for two hours outdoors in Centennial Park for an afternoon of creativity from natural materials at Eco Art for Kids.
If your kids have a love for nature, plants and animals and want to explore their creative side, then this art workshop is for them! We will play some nature-based art games, working with a range of art mediums and natural materials to make a series of works to either leave in situ (on-site) or take home.

Bushrangers: Campfire Club
Led by an experienced team of Bush Rangers, children will enjoy a day of wildlife, bushcraft, outdoor challenges, games and free play, all in the great outdoors of Centennial Parklands. Activities are designed to allow children to play outside and take part in problem-solving and cooperative challenges.
In the winter months, we will get to know the art of fire craft – learn how to light a fire from a spark without matches and make some delicious damper and yummy campfire treats!
This program is a firm holiday favourite and places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.

ParkScience: Superpowers in Nature
Did you know that aeroplanes are modelled after birds? Have you ever thought about how nature has inspired science innovation?
At ParkScience, children will explore all about what humans have learnt from nature to create amazing scientific innovations to create many wonderful things. This program is based on the concept of biomimicry, commonly defined as innovation inspired by nature, or the practice of applying lessons learned from nature for scientific innovation. Kids will enjoy the hands-on activities and use problem-solving skills and teamwork to create their own nature-inspired inventions in this fun-filled 2-hour program.
