VEGEMITE & Garlic Butter Pizza – This could just be what your mum, grandmother, sister or other special person is craving!
Vegemite & Garlic Butter Pizza

Ingredients
2 x pre-made pizza bases
20g VEGEMITE
20g butter, softened
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped (plus extra for serving)
¾ cup pizza-blend cheese
Method
- Preheat your oven to 250°C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Place the pizza bases onto the prepared tray and spread with VEGEMITE, leaving some gaps without the spread.
- Place the butter, garlic and parsley in a small bowl and mix well to combine. Dollop the garlic butter onto the gaps of the pizza base and use the back of a spoon to spread it out.
- Sprinkle evenly with cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Garnish with extra chopped parsley and serve immediately.
TIP: Garnish cooked pizza with thinly sliced prosciutto and rocket for a more gourmet version.
