Wiltshire has been collaborating with Lisa Holman of @lisaeatworld to create a delicious cinnamon roasted apples recipe perfect to accompany pancakes or even porridge.
Cinnamon Roasted Apples
Ingredients
• 8 apples
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• Pinch salt
• 30g butter, cubed
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C fan forced.
- Peel, core and dice the apples and place in a large bowl with the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Toss to combine.
- Place the apples on a single layer on a baking tray and scatter the butter on top.
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes ensuring to stir them half way through.
- Serve while warm with pancakes or porridge.
