Successful food entrepreneur Bianca Monley is introducing her latest venture – Lifely to Australian homes. The premium chef prepared meals business promises convenience without compromise and a strong commitment to sustainable living.

Prep time is 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 Kale leaves, destem them and finely chop them
  • 4 pieces of garlic
  • 2 Medium sizes avocados
  • 1 line, juiced
  • ¼ cup of red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ jalapeno, finely chopped and cored
  • 1/3 cup of coriander, chop finely
  • ¼ cup Roma tomatos, chop finely
  • ¼ tsp seasalt
  • Organic corn chips

Method

  • Start by placing the garlic in the food processor. Pulse until minced.
  • Add coriander, jalapeno and online. Pulse until they are finely shopping
  • Add the kale into the processor and blend until chopped
  • In a medium sized bowl, add the flesh of the avocado and the lime juice. Blend until it is smooth
  • Place the food in the processor into the bowl with the avocado
  • Stir well until everything is combined
  • Enjoy with some healthy corn chips
