The Face of the Show will have the opportunity to participate in a myriad of experiences including media preview events, TV interviews, photoshoots and exclusive attendance at the 2024 Melbourne Royal Show, including access to rides, events and so much more. This is an opportunity of a lifetime that is guaranteed to not only be fun and memorable but will ensure a constant smile is spread across the face of the lucky winner and…. their entire family.

The successful applicant will not only receive adulation from their friends and family for being recognised as the 2024 Face of the Show, but they will also receive a prize pack of tickets and money-can’t-buy experiences for them and their immediate family to the value of $3,000.

10-year-old Billie, from Essendon, was the inaugural Face of the Show in 2023 and loved every minute of her experience.

“Being the Face of the Show was the most amazing experience and I would highly recommend it to any kid. Not only did I have so much fun being a part of Show learning about animals and agriculture, but I also became so much more confident in speaking in front of people,” said Billie.

She also enjoyed the opportunity to spend hours with the cutest baby animals and was one of the first kids in Victoria to sneak a peek inside the hottest showbags of the year.

“We are so excited to find a Face of the 2024 Melbourne Royal Show. The Melbourne Royal Show is Victoria’s most iconic community event and is all about putting smiles on kids’ faces. What could be more fun than going behind the scenes with baby animals, access to rides and getting a first-look at our showbags.”

Melbourne Royal Executive General Manager Marketing and Membership, Marcia Allan.
