Just down the road from Parkwood Green Reserve is this newish gem, updated in 2018. Mama was thrilled when we stumbled across it delivering MamaMags recently!

This playground has plenty of fun for everyone and is in tip top condition. The highlight of course is the main structure with its bold yellow twisty slide. Climb up via the spider net, take the fireman’s pole down then climb up again! Crawl through the rope tunnel, admire the view, then slide your way down! The structure is quite high but fully enclosed besides the entrances for the net, fireman’s pole and a ladder on the slide side. There is even a wobbly mirror to make your body look all wonky! Past the structure there’s one of our favourites; the teacup spinner, as well as a lovely natural sandpit complete with a big red digger and a lovely natural rock surrounding. Follow the rainbow pathway past the spinner to a fun rocker or pack the kids into the nearby swinging basket for endless back and forward fun. There are some rather cute painted wooden toadstools you can hop between as well.

There is a small oval with a soccer goal, to give kids space to run around, and a sheltered seating area with nice new bbq’s for a spot of lunch. There is even some outdoor gym equipment for the fit mamas!
