We invite curious minds to explore our digital channels and discover the awe-inspiring work from behind the scenes at Museum Victoria. Our team of science experts have curated the best in STEM experiences with inspiring stories and discoveries, and hands-on science fun for the whole family to enjoy.
Scienceworks’ live Science Variety Show will inspire big kids and little kids with the magic of science as the Scienceworks team make things disappear and reappear in a fun-filled interactive show streamed live into your lounge room. With inspiration ignited, get ready for a fun week of science experiments that can be made with everyday household items from slime, magnets, air cannons, bubbles and more!
For inquisitive minds, go beyond the walls of our museums and uncover rich science stories found right here in Victoria. Dive into Museums Victoria’s research and discoveries; from dinosaurs that once roamed the Otways to species threatened by Australia’s bushfire crisis, creatures that live in the deep sea.
For the budding Marie Curie or Albert Einstein, the Museums Victoria Store is where you will find the ultimate selection of educational and engaging STEM-based toys. With DIY experiment kits, puzzles, books and more, Australia’s littlest scientists will be inspired to learn more about the world around them.
